Numerous studies show that management, personnel and information have an influence on such key business indicators as employee turnover, profit and sales and can thus create sustainable competitive advantages for the company.
The aim of the course is to highlight the significance and importance of management skills, to familiarize students with basic management skills, to explain the interaction between strategy and human resource management, empirical findings on behaviour in and the design of organizations and the influence of information and communication technology on the management of companies.
