Student Services Association: Allocation of rooms for music practice, theatre or dance rehearsals and exhibition space starts

Whether on your own or in a band – to make music, you need space and the right equipment. However, not every apartment offers enough room, and neighbours are often less than enthusiastic about loud music practice.

What’s the solution? The music practice rooms provided by the Cultural Promotions Office of the Student Services Association! In Passau, well-equipped rooms will again be available for students in summer semester 2025. Alongside our music practice rooms equipped with instruments, microphones and amplifiers, the Student Services Association also offers the KulturSalon, a multifunctional space. Students can book this space for theatre and dance rehearsals, workshops and exhibitions.

  • Culture room allocation for all theatre, cultural and creative groups seeking a rehearsal space: Tuesday, 16 April, 10:00 at the KulturSalon (Dr.-Hans-Kapfinger-Strasse 30)
  • Band practice room allocation for all bands on campus: Tuesday, 16 April, 14:00 in Clubroom II (ZB 262)
  • Practice room allocation to individual musicians starts Tuesday, 22 April, 10:00. Please register online.
