The Fachschaft WiWi is the connector between students, lecturers and administration on the faculty level. In close cooperation with the professors and the dean's office, we try to improve the study conditions and to support you with advice and assistance during your studies.
Come to our office for any kind of questions during office hours or simply write us an email and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Student council of the Faculty of Business, Economics and Information Systems at the University of Passau (Fachschaft der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Universität Passau) - that sounds rather complicated. But what does it mean for you as a student at our faculty?
- First things first: we advise you in all questions concerning your studies and try to find solutions for your problems. It would be best to come by personally during our opening hours (Öffnungszeiten) or send us an E-Mail!
- Our opening hours:
Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and
Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- We represent your interests and wishes to our professors in the faculty council (Fakultätsrat)
- We represent you in the student parliament of the entire university (Studierendenparlament)
- We sit as an advisory member of the extended university management (erweiterte Universitätsleitung)
- We also have the opportunity to cast two votes in the respective appointment committees when filling new chairs.
Apart from all the committee work, we organize events like the "Long Night of Learning", the "Like a Boss" and especially the O-week for you to get a little bit of momentum into university life :)
