Innovation is key for sustainable business success. However, it also confronts firms with major organizational challenges, as it entails high uncertainty and often requires new sets of resource. How firms deal with this challenge varies widely. The aim of this Bachelor's seminar is to understand how firms organize innovation activities within the firms - e.g., via their own R&D teams - and across firm boundaries - e.g., in cooperation with partners.
