Independent Exams ("Scheinklausuren")
During the applicable registration period, students who cannot register for an exam via Campusportal can register at the chair for these exams to obtain a certificate of achievement (‘Schein’).
Bachelor students are not allowed to register for master exams and vice versa.
To register, please use only this form , which you should send by email to sekretariat.accaud@uni-passau.de (file name: Subject_Last name_Semester.pdf) within the registration period for exams.
Note: The examination office is solely responsible for recognizing the achievement and its eligibility for your degree program. The chair cannot assess this.
- Withdrawal in case of non-attendance: To avoid being graded, please withdraw in person or by email to sekretariat.accaud@uni-passau.de (including subject, name, and matriculation number) at least one day before the exam.
- Location and time For centrally organised exams, these are determined and announced by the examination office. Please direct any questions to them. For decentralized exams, you will find the dates in the respective Stud.IP courses.
- Passing the exam: You will receive a notification by email and the certificate as a PDF. The original certificate can optionally be picked up at the chair´s office.
