im Sommersemester bietet unser Lehrstuhl folgende Veranstaltungen an:
- 39963 Vorlesung: Stakeholdermanagement (Bachelor)
Die Lehrveranstaltung Stakeholdermanagement stellt die Stakeholder im engeren und weiteren Umfeld eines Unternehmens vor und analysiert die unterschiedlichen Interessen. Zu den Stakeholdern gehören alle Gruppen und Individuen, die das Unternehmen beeinflussen können und/oder von ihm beeinflusst werden, zum Beispiel Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen, das regionale Umfeld, der Staat und die Öffentlichkeit. Sie diskutiert die Fragen: Was macht erfolgreiches Stakeholdermanagement aus? Warum muss ein Unternehmen die verschiedenen Stakeholdergruppen einbeziehen?
Ein Stakeholdermanagement findet auf der Ebene der analytischen Identifikation (Welche Personen und Gruppen gehören genau zu den Stakeholdern eines Unternehmens und was sind ihre "Stakes"?), der Prozessgestaltung (Wie gestaltet ein Unternehmen sein Verhältnis zu den Stakeholdern?) und der Gestaltung einer wechselseitigen Tauschbeziehung statt (Wie findet die Interaktion mit den Stakeholdern statt und welche Ressourcen werden dafür eingesetzt?). Die Vorlesung findet jeden Donnerstag, von 8-10 Uhr im HK14b, SR017, statt. Am Nachmittag bieten wir zwei Übungstermine an (Übung 1: 14-16 Uhr, Übung 2: 16-18 Uhr).
- 39962 Seminar: Unternehmensführung (Bachelor)
In diesem Semester befassen wir uns mit dem Thema: "Unternehmenslegitimität in normativ kontroversen Tätigkeitsfeldern". Der Bewerbungszeitraum hierfür ist bereits abgeschlossen. Alle angenommenen Teilnehmer:innen wurden informiert. Das Seminar findet jeden Mittwoch, von 12-14 Uhr im HK14b, SR102, statt.
Entrepreneurs are increasingly faced with networking requirements, especially at the beginning of a business start-up. As these are very often crucial for the start-up success, this module aims to disclose the success factors and prepare students for possible hurdles in the context of founding a company.
In the course of the module, traditional principles of entrepreneurial networking are examined as well as those requirements that are specifically related to the start-up processes of purpose-driven companies. The course is based on “problem-based learning” (PBL) as a method for acquiring knowledge and developing interdisciplinary competences and problem-solving skills. The students acquire knowledge about network management in start-up processes by means a “vignette” (case study). Due to demand last semester, we are also offering the course in the summer semester 2026. The course is blocked, with the kick-off event taking place in calendar week 21 (mid-May). Two further course blocks (Friday + Saturday each) are planned for June/July. Details regarding times and rooms will follow shortly.
- 39999 Practical Course: Governance (Master)
Corporate governance assigns decision-making authority and establishes decision-making rules at the management level of a company, encompassing its legal structure, bylaws, and management organization. The 'Governance' course focuses on startups navigating the complexities of tokenization, managing virtual ownership rights, and equitable share distribution. This includes the creation and management of Cap Tables and the implementation of Equity Incentive Plans, as well as the use of Smart Contracts to regulate ownership issues. However, even established companies come to terms if we find a case giver. But we also work with established companies when an organization provides us with a suitable problem.
Through case studies, this practical course explores how corporate constitutions can be effectively designed to achieve corporate goals, particularly under the unique challenges presented by digital and virtual business environments. The course employs Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to equip students with flexibly usable knowledge and to foster the development of interdisciplinary skills and problem-solving capabilities. Students work collaboratively on these issues in teams, guided by the instructor, providing a dynamic and applied learning environment. Course takes place every Wednesday, 10-12 am, in HK14b, SR102. As the course is 4 SWS, a second weekly slot for teamwork will be allocated flexibly during the first session to accommodate all team members' schedules.
The Master's course Business Book of the Year deals with economic concepts on the basis of reading and discussing a popular science book that changes from semester to semester and is widely discussed in the media. Students will independently research the literature on which the book is based and relate the source literature to the core statements of the ‘book of the year’. Students are encouraged to critically analyze relevant book chapters independently. They learn to differentiate between the normative and descriptive aspects of a book and to separate them analytically. They discuss the socio-political categorization of the chosen literature. For the summer term 2026 we have selected "The Dark Pattern: A Framework for Uncovering Corporate Scandals" by Guido Palazzo as “book of the year”. Course takes place every Wednesday, 8.30-10 am, in HK14b, SR102.

Das Bachelorkolloquium am Lehrstuhl für Governance ist eine verpflichtende Veranstaltung für alle Studierenden, die im laufenden Semester ihre Bachelorarbeit am Lehrstuhl schreiben. In den begleitenden Sitzungen erhalten die Studierenden umfassende Betreuung bei der Erstellung ihrer Abschlussarbeit. Die Anmeldung erfolgt erst nach Absprache mit dem/der Betreuer/in.
