Prof. Dr. Suleika Bort
After studying Business Administration with a focus on Organization, Marketing and Psychology at the University of Mannheim, Suleika worked as Research and Teaching Assistant at the Chair of Organization of Prof. Dr. Alfred Kieser, University of Mannheim, Germany. She also gained her PhD in Organization from the University of Mannheim. She started as an Assistant Professor at Mannheim at the Chair of Strategic and International Management and later she joined the Chair of SME Research and Entrepreneurship also at Mannheim. During that time, she was a Visiting Professor at Stanford University, USA and Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Business, USA and gained a one-year interim Full Professor experience at the University of Technology of Kaiserslautern, Germany. She spent one year as Lecturer at the University of Sydney, Australia before she finished her Habilitation at Mannheim. Before she joined the University of Passau, she was a full Professor of Organization and International Management at Chemnitz University of Technology.
