In the latest “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship” lecture, Prof. Bort talked about team and project management. Team and project management are crucial when starting a business. This includes efficient use of resources, clear goals, team collaboration, communication, risk management, and time and cost control.
A special exercise was the Marshmallow Challenge, where teams had to creatively develop a free-standing structure out of spaghetti, tape and a marshmallow. This exercise not only allowed for a playful approach to the topic, but also provided concrete insights into team dynamics and effective communication. The subsequent discussions and reflections during the lecture deepened the knowledge gained and enabled the students to better understand the principles of team and project management and to apply them in their future work.
Many thanks for the active participation of all students
