Seminars

Thank you for your interest in joining one of our seminars! We cover current topics in the field of business analytics, which you will work on independently, document in writing, analyze, and present. By participating in one of our seminars, you will acquire the skills to

  • work independently and methodically on a selected, current topic in business analytics,
  • critically examine current topics from a technical perspective through cross-module seminar topics,
  • apply scientific methods of empirical research and methods for solving practice-oriented problems,

and

  • will also acquire communication skills and subject-specific methodological skills.

Examination (type, length, weighting): Presentation (30 minutes, 50%) and term paper (20 pages, 50%)

For the 2026 summer semester, we are offering a bachelor's and a master's seminar in Business Analytics. Both seminars will take place throughout the semester. Please note that registration or application will only take place after participation in the kick-off in April 2026.
