We will issue you with Learning Agreements for the courses offered by the Chair of Business Decisions and Data Science if the foreign course is equivalent.
To ensure a smooth process, please proceed as follows:
1. Before your stay abroad: Select the appropriate form
Start of studies from SoSe 25 => Form Learning Agreement Master BA
Start of studies before WiSe 23/24 => Form Learning Agreement QM
Start of studies in WiSe 23/24 or later depending on your degree program:
=> Learning Agreement BAE abroad
=> Learning Agreement BA DTBS abroad
=> Learning Agreement BA/MA KuWi abroad
=> Learning Agreement Master abroad
=> FAQ Learning Agreements
2. Fill out the form digitally and sign it digitally
Also include detailed information about the course content and examination modalities in German or English:
If you only have information in another language, please submit a translation prepared by you in addition to the original description.
3. Submit by email to Susanne Fritsch

We will check your information and let you know by email whether we will issue a learning agreement and send it to you digitally if applicable.
After your stay abroad: Grade conversion
Submit the individual learning agreements together with the transcript of records obtained from the foreign university to notenumrechnung.wiwi@uni-passau.de
Grades will be converted centrally by the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Economics.
Nach dem Auslandsaufenthalt: Notenumrechnung
Once the Dean's Office has officially converted your grades, submit your Learning Agreement to the Examination Office.
