From December 15 to 18, the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), the world’s most important conference in the field of information systems, took place in Bangkok. Our paper, "The Impact of Chain-of-Thought Display on the Effective Use of LLM-based Analytics Agents," was recognized as Runner-Up for the Best Paper Award in the workshop of the Special Interest Group "Human-Computer Interaction" (SIGHCI). Additionally, Prof. Gnewuch received the Outstanding Service Award for his contributions to SIGHCI. Other conference highlights included many exciting presentations on artificial intelligence and intensive exchanges with colleagues from around the world.
