Last Tuesday, we were delighted to host Florian Weichselbaumer, CEO and founder of Labland AI, for an exciting industry talk in our bachelor’s course “Foundations of Human-Computer Interaction.” In his talk, he shared insights into his team’s work at the intersection of AI, robotics, and 3D Printing, focusing on the development and deployment of intelligent service and humanoid robots in real-world settings. A highlight of the talk was the hands-on live demonstration, where students had the opportunity to interact with the robots themselves and even teach new movements to a Unitree G1 robot.
