Prof. Dr. Ulrich Gnewuch and Ana-Maria Sîrbu took part on September 28 and 29 in the two-day retreat of the bidt research focus “Humans and Generative AI – Trust in Co-Creation” in Neufahrn i. NB. The bidt-funded project “Trustworthy Generative AI Copilots for Data Analytics in Business Decision-Making” under the direction of Prof. Dr. Ulrich Gnewuch is one of ten projects within this research focus. Together with researchers from the other projects across various disciplines, there was an intensive exchange on topics such as the use of agentic AI in research processes, current legal developments concerning generative AI in research and teaching, and implications for good scientific practice and the education of early-career researchers. The dialogue once again provided valuable impulses for the further development of the project and future collaborations.
