Description
Controlling verstehen als System zur Entscheidungsunterstützung und Verhaltenssteuerung mit den Aufgaben:
• „Scorecard Keeping“
• „Attention Directing“
• „Problem Solving“
Controlling durchführen:
• Aufbau und Betrieb eines Informationsversorgungssystems,
• Aufbau und Betrieb eines Planungs- und Kontrollsystems, um Unternehmen steuerbar zu machen
Pre-requisites
Gem. § 4 der Prüfungs- und Studienordnung für den Bachelorstudiengang Business Administration and Econo-mics.
Das Modul sollte gegen Ende des Bachelor-Studiums absolviert werden. Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung sowie Kosten- und Investitionsrechnung werden empfohlen.
