The 74th scientific conference of the Academy of Management (AOM) will be held August 01.08 - 05.08, 2014, in Philadelphia, USA where the faculty of Business Administration and Economics is strongly represented. The annual conference of the Academy of Management (AOM) is the most important international scientific conference in the field of management.
Prof. König will co-organize a symposium for this year´s meeting of the Academy of Management (Link: http://www.wiwi.uni-passau.de/en/technology-innovation/research/). At the symposium, distinguished scholars will share and discuss approaches to use words in order to capture corporate leaders’ cognition and personalities, novel insights on the link between the words executives use and executives’ ways of thinking, and the most promising avenues of future research in this area.
Prof. Fiedler will take the role as mentor at this year’s Paper Development Workshop of the OCIS Division.
