The Dr. Theo and Friedl Schöller Research Center for Business and Society at the Friedrich-Alexander University (FAU) Erlangen-Nürnberg contributes to responsible leadership in business and society. It has the key purpose to foster current thinking within an international context in the areas of “Creating Cohesion – Designing Change – Realizing Innovation” – a top-level research focus of the University. The Center grants research fellowships at the School of Business and Economics for outstanding scholars on an annual basis.
As at other Centers for Advanced Study, the Fellows play the central role in the funding activities of the Schoeller Research Center. Outstanding researchers from home and abroad may apply for a fellowship at the Dr. Theo and Friedl Schoeller Research Center for Business and Society. A fellowship at the Schöller Research Center is intended to enable the Fellow to carry out a proposed research project. With the fellowships, the Research Center aims at contributing to responsible acting in business and society.
The Dr. Theo and Friedl Schoeller Research Center provides funds of up to 20.000 € per Schoeller Fellow for the realization of the outlined research project.
The mission of the Dr. Theo and Friedl Schöller Research Center for Business and Society is to perform innovative top-level research in the fields of business and economics. With the financial support of the Theo and Friedl Schöller Foundation, the Research Center awards annual Schöller Fellowships. The Fellowships are designed to enable scholars of exceptional promise and demonstrated accomplishment to pursue research projects relevant to business and society.
We congratulate Dr. Lorenz Graf-Vlachy for being chosen a Schöller Fellow 2017!
