Community Night of the Sustainability Start-up Hub on May 17, 2022
Would you like to learn more about crowdfunding as a form of financing for sustainable start-ups? Are you planning to implement your own crowdfunding project for your start-up in the near future? Or are you generally interested in the topic of entrepreneurship and would like to network?
Then we invite you to our Community Night on May 17, 2022. The topic of the event is: "Crowdfunding - an alternative form of financing for sustainable start-ups".
The Community Night starts with a keynote by the responsible chair (Chair of Business Administration with a focus on International Management and Social Entrepreneurship) and institute (Institute for Applied Ethics in Business, Education and Training). Afterwards, Dr. Andrew Isaak (Post-Doc, Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf) provides us with a broad overview on the topic "Sustainability and Crowdfunding" and presents recent scientific findings.
In addition, Carolin and Martin Grellner (Start-up Djoon) present their former crowdfunding project. Using their sustainable date chocolates as an example, they illustrate the necessary steps to get support from the "crowd".
Use the Community Night to pose your questions, discuss and network in a friendly atmosphere. All information of the event at a glance:
