Mergers & Acquisitions: International Corporate Transactions
Lecturer: Dr. Matthias Merkel, Master Course 30919, Winter Semester 2025/26
This lecture gives students an understanding of the significance and reasons for M&A. They will have the opportunity to identify and analyze suitable acquisition targets. Another focus is on the valuation of acquisition targets and the structuring of necessary transactions.
